About the event
In Honor of Charlie Kirk Day October 14th for National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk– JOIN US for A Call to New Life in Christ
On Sunday, September 21st, we gathered to honor the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk, and we were humbled and blessed to welcome over 800 people to the memorial event that day in Woodstock at Niko's Red Mill Tavern. During this time of remembrance, two people sought meaningful conversations with our Pastor on deck, Pastor Scott Barrettsmith, whom we had available at the event, and one man made the most important decision of his life—he gave his life to Christ with the Pastor's guidance. This moment became a beautiful reminder of what God can do when hearts are open!
From this experience, we've come to a powerful realization: many are searching for Christ, but they simply don’t know how to begin. Some have never stepped into a church, some want to come back, but hearts are definitely yearning for something more—for truth, for hope, for transformation.
Charlie was a man of undeniable faith, and we want to continue to honor him. I know we at McGOPAC feel a renewed fire in our spirit and as a Christian Conservative PAC, are asking ourselves 'how do we ignite the fire of revival?' As we continue to honor Charlie’s memory, we are planning a very special Call to New Life in Christ on October 14th, the National Day dedicated to Charlie Kirk's remembrance. We want to open the door for anyone who wants to take that life-changing step of faith— and begin a new life in Christ.
If you or someone you know feels the call to take this step, we invite you to reach out to us. Pastor Scott Barrettsmith will be giving a salvation message much like the one Charlie Kirk's pastor gave at Charlie's memorial service last Sunday.
This is not something we take lightly. A public declaration of faith is a powerful symbol of dying to the old life and being raised anew in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). We want to walk with you, pray with you, and celebrate this incredible journey together.
We have an opportunity to proclaim the Gospel as never before in this generation. Millions of souls are ripe for the harvest, and Christians must share the salvation message whenever we can of Eternal Life.
